Individual Coaching.

What. 1-1 coaching to help performance at work, to help set & achieve goals, to help with the challenges of life. Helping people to stretch themselves, to grow, to be better prepared, to be more resilient, to overcome obstacles, to do more (or to do less :) ). Focusing on key inputs like using goals, attitude, mindset, physical health/activity, motivation, confidence, support of others and always on the things you can control.

How. My coaching can sometimes be directive. This means guiding, or offering suggestions or advice - always with the caveat that the other person retains responsibility for what they do with it. But more often than not I am non-directive. This means listening, giving people time to think, asking questions, checking understanding, clarifying goals, summarising, helping people to problem solve & come up with options and prompting conclusions & actions. And did I mention listening?

Coaching sessions. I work flexibility depending on what we’re trying to achieve. If there’s such a thing as a standard coaching package it would be 4 x one hour coaching calls, with a set-up call at the start and a review at the end (online or face to face). But everyone is different.
